1. Agreement
By using this website or booking or buying anything from Shikhram Yoga, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Our services
We offer yoga, breathwork, meditation, sound healing, nutrition consultations, retreats, corporate wellness programmes and wellness products, online and in person in Pune, India. Schedules, teachers, venues and prices may change; we will tell you in advance if a booking you hold is affected.
3. Health and safety
- Our sessions support general wellbeing and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Please consult a doctor before starting, especially if you are pregnant, recovering from injury or surgery, or have a medical condition.
- Tell your teacher about any injuries, conditions or pregnancy before each session.
- Practise within your own limits. You take part at your own risk, and you may stop or rest at any time.
- Nutrition plans are general guidance based on the information you give us.
4. Bookings and payment
- A booking is confirmed only once payment (or the agreed deposit) is received and you get a confirmation from us.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise, and include applicable taxes where shown.
- Pay only through the payment options on our website or details sent from our official channels — see our Fraud Alert.
5. Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds
- Sessions and classes: you can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time. Later cancellations and no-shows may be charged in full.
- Retreats and multi-day programmes: deposits and balance payments follow the schedule shared at booking, which you confirm before paying.
- Corporate programmes: governed by the proposal or agreement signed with your organisation.
- Shop products: report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will replace or refund them. Opened consumable or hygiene products cannot be returned.
- If we cancel a session, you may choose a free reschedule or a full refund. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method, usually within 7–10 working days.
6. Online sessions
You are responsible for a stable internet connection and a safe, clear practice space. Session links are for your use only and must not be shared. Sessions may not be recorded without our permission.
7. Conduct
We may refuse or end a booking, without refund, if a participant behaves in an unsafe, abusive or disruptive way toward teachers or other participants.
8. Content and intellectual property
All website content, sequences, recordings, images and branding belong to Shikhram Yoga or its teachers and may not be copied, resold or distributed without written permission.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Shikhram Yoga is not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from your participation, except where caused by our negligence. Our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for it.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
